That's funny. My daughter just asked me tonight where the cornbread recipe was because her 4-H group is having a cook off on the 13th of this month. But, she didn't say it had to be cooked in Lodge Cookware. Thanks for the link Todd.

I just put a corn bread in the oven. I did some substitutions so will see how it turns out. I used applesauce instead of oil, used half the salt, and used egg beaters instead of an egg. I couldn't find the splenda or I would have used that, too. I went by the recipe on the Quaker box. I used a #8 Griswold skillet lubricated with flour spray pam.

We had some last night also.

We saved one small piece for the suet cage on our bird feeder. They smaller birds really go crazy over it.
