I own a couple and had several over the years but never built one myself.

They are a lot of fun and have always been my first choice for predator hunting.

I've done my best to destroy them and failed. Only damage I've been able to do has been to put a hole in a full stock and once let a guy try to remove a flash suppressor the wrong way which bent it.

I'd recommend to always have iron sites or at least an option of. I bought one flat top AR with no sites and mounted a scope on it, an error I will not repeat.

The original equipped iron sites are a perfect match for that rifle.
