Hey Todd,

Could you use one of your "Outdoor Talk or Outdoors-411" header logo's for a profile photo on the Kiva site?

Sorry, normally I would be happy to be a part of something like this. Right now though I am the sole financial support of my family of 4, so it just isn't in the cards.

I couldn't help myself. We had $13.66 on acount from paybacks of previous loans, so I went ahead and put enough in to make our 12th loan!

Abdulahad Kurbonov lives in Yavan, Tajikistan. He is 26 years old, married with three children.

He is going to use the money to purchase more livestock. This would allow him to increase profit.

Check this out, a PBS special with a story about a lady that received a KIVA loan and how it helped her.

Apparently you can see the whole thing on the PBS web site.

We just made our 13th loan!

Check out our loan page here

and here

This loan went to Fazliddin Yusupov, he is 36 years old and lives in Abdurahman Jami. He is married and the father of three children, and has a high school education. He has raised livestock for over six years, and has several bull calves. He would like to use the funds received to buy a pair of young calves. Feeding then selling the calves will help him to support his family.
